I'm planning a baby shower right now for my girlfriend and I've got pink on the brain. I love going completely girly. I'm thinking very Marie Antoinette with loads of pink sweets, crisp white candles, garden flowers and croissants. Anything else to add? I could use some suggestions! ♥
Oh my gosh! I LOVE that pink room, and that delicate pink cake. I have only recently fallen back in love with pink, and I want it everywhere, but I don't think my husbo shares my sentiments for pink :)
ReplyDeleteOoooh a Marie Antoinette Baby Shower with all pink stuff. Sounds fun.
- Pink Lemonade, and in the icecubes, freeze some pink flower petals
- you could have pink sugar cubes. You can easily make them yourself, just mix a bit of pink food coloring with sugar, and then add water until it's about a 3 to 1 ratio. Then just spoon them into mini icecube moulds and leave them until they dry out (you should do this the week before the shower).

ReplyDeletefor a baby shower- sting pink ribbon behind where the mommy-to-be is opening gifts and for ever cute outfit she opens, you hang them on the pink ribbon with wooden cloths hangers!
that way you dont have to pass them around the room and still everyone gets to see all the cute little things she unwraps!!
