Lucy: on a carousel at Disneyland. She was in absolute heaven.

Gray: his first trip to the ocean. It was so fun to see the wonder in his eyes as he took in the "giant sandbox" in Topanga, California.

Lucy: yet another summer afternoon spent out back. So glad we invested in the play fort for the kids this year.

Gray: always heads straight for the hideout up top.

Lucy: loves her kitten Huckleberry and we love the way it sounds when she pronounces it. 

Gray: sat contently with a spoon and a bowl drumming all the love long afternoon.

Lucy: had a fun impromptu stop at the coffee shop one night. She was delighted with the shortbread cookies.
