Lets play the "if I had endless amounts of moolah" game. "If i had endless amounts of moolah I would for sure splurge on these beautiful linens at Restoration Hardware."

Happy Friday everyone! I'm looking forward to a semi-relaxing weekend with all of the major projects done for now. Just a few rooms left to paint but I'm not really motivated for that right now, I just want to kick back and enjoy all the work thats been done so far. I can't wait to linger in bed a little while longer for the next two mornings! Hope you all have an awesome weekend!
ps- How much do you love my vintage crystal side table lamp I scored at goodwill for 2.99? BONUS: there were two available so Nick scored one for his side of the bed too!

retreat...

I just need to throw in the towel and call this day done. For some reason I thought it was a great idea to schedule two tooth fillings for 7 am this morning. I said to myself "no biggie and then it will be out of the way and I can get on with my day"- WRONG. I feel like I've been kicked by a horse in the face and all I want is to crawl into bed. See you tomorrow loves!

new bedding!

holly & sean's master bedroom
Yay for new bedding! I first saw the Shabby Chic bedding on Holly & Sean's blog over at Life in the Fun Lane. I swooned over it for weeks and finally gave in and picked it up at Target yesterday. There is a similar version at Anthropologie that came out in 2008 but not exactly budget friendly. This is the perfect compromise, it looked so pretty and fluffy when I popped it out of the dryer. As soon as I'm satisfied with my master makeover I promise I'll share some pictures!

Boudoir Countdown

I've been thinking a lot about my bedroom lately. We've been in our house a year in April and I still have yet to focus much attention on perhaps the most important room of all. Here's a few of my favorites- the kids rooms are sprinkled in for fun. Courtesy of Country Living.
